Travel time difference for pill?

I normally take the pill around six...I'll be going away for about a week this summer, and there will be a time difference of about an hour (ahead). This might sound stupid, but should I keep taking the pill at my regular time I take it when I'm home, or start taking it at seven when I'm on vacation, because of the time difference?

To be safe stay on the time you would take it at home, just factor in the time difference, don't vary your time.

Yeh stay on the time you take it at home, so when it would be six at home, take it then, just because the time zone is different doesn't mean your body will realise it.

Ideally, the pill should be take every twenty-four hours on your body's time irrestpective of the time zone. As a practical matter, one hour is not a big deal but should be considered - especially on the lower dose pills.
