Little red bumps...

I've got these two bumps that showed up at separate times, they are right next to each other and about an inch above the head of the penis but below the waist. They both popped like pimples with white puss and then followed by blood. My concern is that they haven't gone away, they have stayed there as little tiny dark spots almost like an extremely small bruise, and then every once in a while i will be able to pop them again. This has been going on for a couple months with no new spots, only those two. I am about 20 and no longer have acne on the face, but have a problem with bad skin and similar things on my legs to body acne. Any chance these two are a sign of an std or just more evidence of my bad skin and age. I am sexually active if no one assumed that already.

They are most likely pimples which have not fully cleared, small cysts, or ingrown hair follicles. If not clearing see your MD.
