this may sound dumb...but does being on the pill mean he can bust inside me without getting preg?

He can 'bust" inside of you without getting preg like 99% chance of not getting preg, But doesnt protect you from STDs and such. Also you should be on the pill for at least a month or so. But i would use a condom if i was you. ( but thats just me)

If you are taking birth control pills the purpose is to prevent pregnancy. If used properly, not skipped, no medication interactions, etc. The risk of pregnancy is about 3 per 100 women. The pills does not prevent STD's. Only you & your partner can decide if not using a condom is the risk you want to take. If in a monogamous relationship, many do not use another form of BC.

I've had friends who've been in very long, very close relationships with their partners and who have opted, after using condoms and the pill for a considerable amount of time, to only use the pill.
It's a choice the both of you will have to make.
