we were fooling around earlier and i scratched on her inside now i dont know what to do ...shes in pain...is this something that will heal itself or where should i go from here....

First of all, Keep those nails clipped!! There is nothing worse than being fingered, by someone with long rough nails! This once happened to me, and it was moderetly painful, I bled a little, but it healed its self. If she is not in a lot of pain, keep it clean, watch for infection, and lay off the fingering for a few days. If she is really hurting, bleeding, or if it starts to get puffy/oozing, see a doctor right away.
