Nuvaring?

Hey I talked to my health advisor at school about the nuvaring? I just wanted to know if theres anybody who uses it? and if they can tell me how it is? and side effects?

I have several patients on the ring. I recommend it when they have had problems adjusting to the pill. So far, all have stayed with it. Fewer side effects than with the pill or the patch because it puts less hormone in the system.

Although I need no "protection" I have used a model ring (one with no hormone), myself to see what it was like. I had not problems with expelling it over two cycles and neither partner found it to be noticeable - one knew it was there and the other did not. I did remove it during my period so kind of reenacted a woman using it for real. Besdides I did not want to jam it in there with my menstrual cup.

I just finished my first month on nuva ring and I am in love with it. I dont have to worry about remembering anything, I can't feel it, my partner can't feel it, it hasn't moved inside me, I dont feel any side effects! I would recommend it highly!

Well.. iv been on it for a month now.. still side effects.. and plus add another one.. im to wet all the time..

Well you say you have been on it for a month but another recent post says you left it out. I am beginning to think that you are jerking us around. Read the brochure that came with it or call the nurse at your doctor's office but we cannot cure stupidity on this forum.

I have a friend who used the ring and she said it was basically an instant yeast infection for her.
