Two condoms?
I have never tried on a condom, but I was wondering: Is there any decreased chance of breakage if a man uses two condoms? I've looked all around and could not find anything about them.
Now, the reason I can't find anything about it might be because it's very uncomfortable, but I wouldn't know, because I haven't tried any on yet. So, again, the question is, if a person uses two condoms, does it decrease the chance of breakage even the slightest bit? Thanks in advance... unless everyone thinks this is a stupid question, hehe. |

Wear only one.
Change it after each climax if you plan to go on and have another in a little while. Never reuse a condom. Spread some lubricant on your Glans before rolling on a condom. The lube will give your skin some wiggle room and help transmit more friction.

Many prostitutes require the use of two condoms and, yes, it does reduce the risk of tearing. In a study of condom failure in a US brothel (there must be someplace in the west where prostitution is legal), almost all the breakgage was with the same handful of women. They seemed to have had "specialties" that stressed the condoms and they all used two. You should use dry condoms and then add the spermicide to the vagina, usually vaginal jelly.
The "failure" of condoms is less commonly breakage or leakage; it is usally sperm swimming around the open end. Two condoms would make no difference in this case. If the woman has driness problems, there is not enough spermicidal lube on the condom to make much difference. Vaginal jelly. or at least "personal lubricant," should be placed in the vagina before insertion of the penis.

I was curious, is spermicidal lubricant usually sold in the personal lubricant isle, or where birth control products are sold? Because I've looked, and never seen spermicidal lubes. That being said, I've never seen any birth control products sold. I assume that they are all sold by proscription, are spermicidal lubricants also sold by proscription?

The spermicide is non-prescription and located in the isle where condoms are, not where lubricants and pregnancy tests are. If in doubt ask the pharmacy staff.
