oops! ASAP
ok, so im on Yaz birth control, but have recently been taking antibiotics.
My boyfriend and i had sex this morning, and he came in me. HELP! It was sooo silly~~~~ im worried!!!!!!

There is nothing you can do, the BCP can be less effective when taking certain antibiotics. Just be certain to use a different form of BC while taking the antibiotics and until the end of the pill cycle.

You have 72 hours to take Plan B or equivalent. Yaz is not among the pills approved for emergency contraception. If you do use Plan B consult your doctor about continued use and effectiveness of yasmin.
Some doctors will implant an IUD up to a week after unprotected sex. If you go longer, RU-486 is available. Check for drug interactions between yaz and whatever antibiotic on WebMD or similar site or ask your pharmacist.
