It's been about 5 months since I've last had sex, there have been a couple instances, where ive got a red sore about 2 inches above the penis. The sore pops like a pimple, with similar pus, then blood, but is much harder and slightly larger.
I searched around and this sounds close to syphilis although i am unable to determine if it looks the same. I don't know if syphilis only happens on the penis or can be around. This has happened more then once and usually goes away a couple days after being popped.

Just go to the doc. I doubt it's syphilis, sounds more like a cyst.
