Pimple above groin

Hey,

I have this pimple that has slowly gotten bigger located jus below my abdomen. At first I thought it was just a zit or something but its gotten bigger to the point that it hurts to touch. Now its like a big lump. There arent any others around and its pretty far away from my genitals.

Does this sound like anything more than an unusually large blemish?
