Vaginal strips stick to fingers

Every time my bf and I try to use a strip, it gets stuck to either his or my fingers and we can't reach my cervix without it sticking.



The most annoying part about this is the stickiness, and I really don't like using foam. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well, there are still vaginal jelly, sponge and suppositories that deliver the spermicide. I suspect you have a rather thick vaginal lubrication and that causes a problem with VCF. Nothing really to be done about it unless you become more liquid as you become aroused. Try jelly - Koromex, K-Y Plus and
Ortho II are the most commonly available. The first tube you buy make sure it is with applicator.
