Unhappy strange bumps on the shaft

hey I just posted this under men's health, but I was wondering if this topic might be better, here's the thread:

hey, I'm 17 years old and since as long as I can remember (about 12), I have had small bumps around the base of my shaft. the bumps remind me often of pimples, in that sometimes I can literally squeeze minute amounts of.."puss" out of them. They do not cover my penis, and they do not go more than halfway up the shaft. They are hardly even visible and actually look like goosebumps that are spread out. I am sexually active, and have recieved oral sex and had vaginal sex and the girl has not said anything or found herself with any bumps or stds, etc.
anyone have any idea what's going on? these things are just kinda annoying, and although no girl has ever noticed them, they embarrass me.
just lookin' for some feedback or help from anyone with the same problem.

You should probably do to the doc and get looked at/tested.

Go see a doctor it might just be blackheads that u cant see real well. Anyways a doctor could tell u 100% what they are and you wouldnt have to wonder. All your sexual parnters are at risk if it is a STD.
