What's Foam feel like?

I just bought some along with spermicidal strips and I'm on the pill . . . Can I/Should I use it all at once? (meaning a strip and an applicator of foam on top of my birth control?)

And just wondering, but does the stuff totally fill your vagina or is it just in the back there? I just want to know what to expect when and if I use it . ..
