Period on Pill? And Daylight savings?

I started my prescription three months ago and take it at 9:00 every night. I take Yaz. Every time I take my sugar pills to get my period it takes two to three days for it to start, then continues until one or two days after I start the hormone pills again. How long does it normally (on average?) take for a woman's period to settle? Might I need to change my prescription?



Also, what should I do about daylight savings? If anyone's come up on this before, please share.

Thats normal. When you start the sugar pills... your period wont start right away... the hormone levels decrease for your period to start.
On mine, I'll start the sugar pills on Sunday... but wont get my period till like Wed. Then my period will last from Wed-Sun/Mon. Even tho I have started a brand new pack of hormone pills on that Sunday... your period wont just stop automatically.

The DST ? is a good one. I would think you would continue to take it at 9pm either way, just b/c that is what your brain is set to remember. That first day you would only be taking it an hour early... which is no big deal... then every day after that... you'd be exactly 24 hrs later.
