sex isnt the same since the pill

I've been taking the pill now for over a month. i've heard that it can lower your sex drive, but in my case i still get off but cant reach orgasm as eaisily as before. so i was wondering if it was the pill or just me and how can i remidy this?

your sex drive will come back along with being able to get off. just takes a few months.

This may or may not happen. Everyone reacts differently. If the problem persists you may want to describe the difficulty to your doctor and see if s/he can recommend a different pill with a different formulation.

I have often wondered the same of myself. I started taking the pill 4 years ago, and I have not had the same desire for sex since then. Is it the hormones in the pill? I suggest asking your gynocologist, which is what I plan to do here pretty soon. Good luck!

It may be all in your head. Ask yourself if now that you cannot get pregnant if you were ever taught that sex is only for procreation, or that sex is dirty etc. This may be affecting you more than you had supposed. Or it may not.
Being on The Pill never affected my drive in any way.
