irritation on penis?

so my g/f came down from college and we had ALOT of sex(unprotected b/c shes on the pill). today i noticed that i had small red bumps, some with white heads on the shaft and base of my penis. i dont think its an STD, more than likely just irritation but would like to know if anyone else has has this happen. thanks

This sounds like a very common skin condition among boys known as "sebaceous prominence". There is nothing to be done and they will go away in time as you age. DO NOT pick at them or attempt to pop them like a pimple. They are harmless so while you have them, just consider them "beauty marks"!

would this problem really just surface out of nowhere? i thought it would just be somthing like razor burn due to lack of lubrication??

also forgot to mention they hurt slightly and the area where my pubic hair is also feeling slightly irritated
