If when having sex, and a guy accidently didnt pull out fast enough and might of gotten some seaman inside of a girl where would someone get a morning after pill? Also is it true that if you pee right after sex then you are "safer" if a guy cums in you a little?

This is correct--with regard to the guy, not you. A couple should always consider the penis as a loaded cannon that shoots live ammunition.** Now, having said this, there are some truths; the first being that the appearance of precum in the early stages of making out (before having an orgasm) does not contain any semen. Semen is only present in the urethra after an ejaculation and so subsequent oozing of precum will contain some sperm cells. If he oozes inside you, then you do stand a chance of becoming pregnant! If a guy goes to the bathroom and empties his bladder in between any two ejaculations then the subsequent appearance of precum will not contain any semen. There is no such thing as cumming a little. It's all or nothing, baby. Therefore, if you want to be fully protected, a prudent person will always look out for Number One and use protection. If you do not want to become an unwed mother and to have your future plans forever altered, then use some form of high reliability contraceptive. If the man is not prepared to support a child and to have his future plans altered, then he too should be proactive and use a condom. The two together will dramatically reduce the chance of becoming pregnant, particularly with teens. ** To be safe and not sorry, disregard what I said, above, about if and when precum contains semen or if there are any residual sperm cells in the "barrel" (urethra) and just always assume that the "safety" is always off on the cannon and the ammunition is always live, potent, and gonna get ya.
