red bumps on shaft

after frequent masterbation (2-3times a day for 3-4 days ) i get these little red bumps on the shaft of my penis on the sides, i dont know if it could be an std or just irritation?? please help

It is probably just irriation. There is nothing wrong with masturbating this much; however, I do recommend using a lubricant in order to reduce the friction and probable chafing of the skin that will surely occur. An additional benefit of using a lube is that the sensations you experience will be much more intense.

Lubes are available off the shelf in supermarkets and pharmacies; however, you can also use some household products. If you want to know more about this, just ask.
