condom break HELP PLEASE

so me and i'm boyfriend were on the beach and we decided to have sex doggy style behind a rock. there was like another tip on the side of the condom but we figured it's be fine. so we had sex for about 2 minutes [we were having trouble with positions] and as he pulled out fairly close to the tip there was a break, he said it didn't feel all that great so he's pretty sure he didn't come, he told me he'd try to get this new plan B pill for me today, should i be concerned? b/c we're both freaking out
