Yup, perhaps, if there is some residual semen that can be picked up by the tongue that can then be introduced into the vagina. I suppose anything is possible.

Then again sperm is very sensitve. The enzymes and bacteria in saliva would probably kill the sperm rendering it unable to fertilize an egg. Even the slightest change in temperature, pH level, etc., can kill sperm.
