"sebaceous prominence"

ive got sebaceous prominence and ive had it for a year or 2 and i was wondering how long it will take them to go away, i tried to pop 1 of them and it swelled up so i left it alone, is there any way to speed up the process or completely get rid of them? please help!

As far as I am able to determine there is no set or usual time period for having the bumps. We age out in a few years, naturally. In the meantime I urge the guys who have them to think of the little bumps as beauty marks. Do not think for one minute that having them is going to make some girl go "oooohhh" or "yetch". Consider yourself in pretty good company with other very nice guys.

They are what they are, little papules of oil and broken down skin cells. DO NOT pop any more. Just let them be and make the best of a common occurance. Shucks you may even find one or more of them to be a hot spot when rubbed after you become really turned on. If so....well......~!
