Question solution for a premature?

hello i'm not verry experienced with sex... but every time i have had sex (about 5 or 6 times total) i've had a problem with premature ejaculation. i've recently started seeing this woman and she is talking about wanting to have sex.. every time before i lied about it and said that i had not cum yet .. but i'm not sure... i've checked through the threads and havn't been able to find any referance to premature ejaculation, any help on this subject would be really helpful.. i really want to prevent myself from cumming too early.. is there like a pill or medicine some kind of herbal remedy or can it be solved without any of those? help please.

Thank you for looking around. P E is a topic of ongoing concern and it is discussed a lot. In addition to looking around, you and others shiould use the search engine at the top of your screens.

Here is a link to one of many of my replies on the matter. Please read and follow the connecting link provided.

Brandye is a jewel in the rough
Assuming you are still quite young, there is a good bit of news. You likely have a short recovery time and can keep on going!! As a teen, I regularly jacked my partners off during foreplay. Slpwed them down and got me the time I needed. None ever objected to an extra orgasm or so.

My boyfriend has this problem.. We've been together 6 months now. He's still a virgin and I'm totally happy to wait until he's ready. I've only pleasured him three times.. He won't let me talk to him about it.. I've got an idea on how to help him, but I'm not sure how to bring it up, or talk to him about it..
I think he's embarrassed by it all.. I just want to help him!!!
I've looked around and can't see anything about this situation, so any tips would be very welcome!!
Thanks ;]

Please do some reading on the matter. One place to start is with some of my posts that you can access by doing an advanced search using my name and the key word: premature ejaculation. You can also do a search on "squeeze".

Here is one place to begin: http://www.sexinfo101.com/forum/othe...re+ejaculation

Embarrassed or not, communication is key to having a successful relationship. He has to understand this and may with some guidence or simply with more maturity.

PE is generally defined as having an ejaculation within the first minute or so such as upon the initial insertion, the initial return stroke, or, during one of the first few strokes. If an ejaculation happens after this time then it is usually just an unplanned and unfortunate event. Having said that, the fixes are the same. You can use the Squeeze technique that Brandye is fond of, or the two of you can practice an exercise that I always recommend that will give him the ability to associate those feelings with certain benchmarks along his arousal curve so that he will be able to tell when he is about to loose control. The idea is for us guys to be able to recognize those feelings early enough so that we can tell our partner to STOP! what she is doing in order for us to slide back down our arousal curve just a bit and until the sense of urgency subsides. This is an easy exercise to learn, requires that both of you participate, and, will take several sessions to master, so do not expect an instant cure.

It is important for him to understand that PE is a common malady of teenage boys and young men up to their mid twenties or so. Left unchecked, we will age out of it, yet who wants to wait years when there are a couple of things that you can learn that will help now?

They do make condoms that have a desensitizer in them so you can last longer if you might want to try that.
