Male birth control?

Just a curiosity question here:


Is there any possibility of a male birth control pill on the market, ever?




For those men who are squeamish about vasectomies and could be easily irritated by condoms, I think it's a really good idea .


Any insight?

The "male pill" has been in the works for decades. Various attempts have been successful but have various undesireable side-effects. It will probably happen eventually.

It is the female body that gets pregnant and the last line of defense is with the woman.
