Bumps on penis base - please help

for a while now i have had these little bumps on the bace of the shaft of my penis, they look just like ingrown hairs and do not itch or are red or irritated, and on the rim of my foreskin there is a little cluster of these but i dont think they are related, im a vergin and i have not had hardly any sexual contact with my penis, im 16 and just a little curious about these things, they have been there for a while now and they do not bother me, i just curious

hmmmm maybe its just a natural thing but if it gets worse see a doctor asap cuz you never know what it is and you dont want to lose that thing lol. thats all the advice i have

What color are they? They might be this: pearly penile papules. I suggest googling it for some pictures and see if it compares to what you have.

If they are little white bumps then the condition is quite common and normal.

They are known as "sebaceous prominence".

This is probably what they are and there is nothing to do about them. DO NOT pop them! They will generally go away on their own in time. In the meantime consider them your "beauty marks" and don't fret.
