Bleeding during sex - Help!

My boyfriend and I have been having sex for about 6 months now. He was my first and I didn't bleed the first time we had intercourse. I had been fingered and stuff before so I figured that was probably why. Last night we were having sex, after having it lots and lots of times before, and all of the sudden he told me I was bleeding. I couldn't see myself but he said there was a cut/rip on the thing that divides the vagina and the anus. Occasionally during sex that area gets a bit sore, but it had never ripped open and bled. We always have enough lubrication and have never had this problem before. Today I examined the area and I can't see that anything looks wrong and it's not sore at all. Anyone have any ideas?

Brandye is a jewel in the rough
The perineum is rather sensitive but usually quite tough. It does get sore with excessive or rough sex and a little tear is not uncommon. Give it a break for a few days and if the problem repeats, see your doctor.
