My wife has been on the pill for a while.How long does it take for birth control to get of a woman's system?

3 weeks to but id wait a month just to make sure

Your question is muddled. If going on the pill, most doctors recommend a full cycle until she is protected. Many pill broachures say a week.

If going off the pill, pregnancy is possible the following month.
