STD question

Over the past few months i have noticed off-and-on that i have pimple like bumps in my pubic hair region, and i was wondering what that is (if anything).
Any comments would help. Im kinda freakin out.

Wouldn't hurt to see a Dr. doesn't take long. I know its tough to show your nuts to a doc. But it might stop you from spreading around something, ya know. Genital warts looks a lil like that.
