Second, you do not give us enough information. Was this her first time?
is she due for her period? Did you use a condom? were you protected other ways? why do you believe she might be pregnant?

Yes it was her first time, with actual sex. We've fingered and stuff but obviously this was deeper. Still a day late might seems kind of odd to bleed. Her period isnt due for 2 weeks.

The bleeding one day later simply indicates that her hymen rupture is still bleeding. In a few weeks you will know.
