pill and period advice

i have been on the combined pill for over a year now, i have always had my period last at least 5 days but over the last few months it has only last a couple of days,
was wondering if this has been the case for others that is on this pill type. or and adives as to why this is happening ?

This is common. Whether or not it is a problem is up to the woman involved. The accumulated hormones in the system reduce the build up of the uterine lining and, as a result, there is less to dispose of each month.

If your flow changes from the normal color to a constant muddy brown or if there is discomfort involved, check with your prescriber. Otherwise, no problem.

thanks, i have noticed it has changed color in the last couple of months not so red, maybe ill go get it checked out
