White spots on penis head

for as long as i can remember i've had a couple little white spots on the bottom part of my penis head, they never itch or irritate or anything like that, they are just there, i've had unprotected sex with my girlfriend and she gets checked every 6 months and she didnt get anything from me, does any1 have any idea what this is, they dont bother me or anything they are just there and i dont know how to explain it if a girl see's it, any help would be appreciated, thanks

The name for these is "Sebaceous Prominence". The white papules are very common and harmless. They will usually go away in time as you age, however, having said that you cannot get rid of them. Do not try to pop them like a pimple, either. Consider them to be beauty marks and just forget about them. If ever a girl should question you about them, give her that reply. They contain a cheesy-like substance, which is made of breakdown products of skin tissues including keratin and sebum (the stuff that makes your skin greasy). If you are concerned, you can bring them to your doctor's attention on your next visit.
