Good times in the Red?
Ok So I was wondering... I am on the Nuva Ring... Throughout the week that I am on my period and the Nuva Ring is not inside me... Is there still horomones inside me protecting me from getting pregnant? Until I but it back in a week later that is?

Use the ring exactly as prescribed and you are protected any time. The time the ring is "out" the flow is on. Ovulation will not take place.
