Blood Blisters on penis

First off, I am not sexually active.
But I recently noticed small red dots, almost like mini blood blisters on the head of my penis. I'm not sure what it is. They are not sore, they dont burst, they are just there. Sometimes the blood seems to dry and takes on a darker color. But I never notice where they go.
I was sexually assulted earlier this year. It involved another man basically trying to give me a hand job. He touched his penis and then touched mine, can that spread anything? He used his saliva in his hands, so can that spread anything? I am very worried I am carrying around something now other than a bad memory.

ooo sounds bad man...

im not sure what your age is? (are you between like 12 and your early twenties??) but it could be pimples? bloody pimples?( i may be TOTALLY wrong with this, but i have had a pimple on my penis before. buttocks too.) (and i have had a bloody pimple before.)

or, it could be the man assaulting you had an STD and he carried it to you with his saliva. or his penis. i really hope this isnt the case, because that would mean you now carry an STD that you probably didnt have originally.

and if you did, it could be a coincidence that it is starting to show now after you being sexually assaulted.

champloo....hoping you arent carrying an STD but that it's just puberty saying hi to you.

Thanks for your post.
The blisters are smooth, they dont rise above skin level from what I can feel. They dont burst or have puss in them. I am worried about herpes or anything else that doesnt have a cure. Does herpes always hurt? It doesnt itch or anything. I had acne before, I'm pretty much past that age now. I'm 21 for the record. Please, someone tell me they have these things and it's natural. I've seen more penises online that I've seen in my life time; the pictures of herpes looks bad, mine are not like that. Do they just post the bad pictures tho?

If you're really worried, seriously, go to the doctor. As I am female I can't relate to the blister thing, I've had pimples/zits down "there" before though, and they always resolved themselves. But seriously, don't rely on the forums to tell you what you have. Go to the doc. They don't bite.

See your doctor ... in theory if the perpetrator had the same blister on his organ and transferred it over to you via a moist hand, it is possible that bodily fluids were transferred.

But this is not something to ask a bunch of peeps on an online messageboard. Go see a professional.

I'm curioius about this spots. They're not raised above the surface of the normal skin, and they're colored darker than the rest of the skin like blood? Kind of sounds like bruising to me. It happened to me once when I was probably midway through puberty and just starting to masturbate. I think I did it by squeezing to hard and/or pulling to hard during masturbation. It went away in less than a week, and has never come back. In my experience, the best explanation is always the simplist. I'd say that if the spots aren't gone in a week or so, go see a doctor. Hopefully someone with a medical background can weigh in here too. Cheers.
