small red spots near vagina/groan area

i have had some small red spots near the vagina area but not that close more the groan area/where my underwera ends.

they are small a little group of them and they itch now n then and when i itch them they sometimes bleed and they really hurt for a few days, i have also noticed that the skin around them and in the that region is alot dryier and itches a little too.

can anyone give advice if this has happened to u on what to do or use on them?

Given that the vagina is internal, I am not certain where you are placing these. Any response would depend upon whether or not you have been sexually active.

yes i am sexuall active, i have only been with one bloke and we have been together a long time, and we are each others first.
im finding it hard explaing where they are, its on my right side, so where my underwear finishes at my leg up goes towards my vagina opening, there are like 5 or 6 small red spots
