Pimples on hand to warts after Fingering

I am kinda worried. My GF and I have been ogether a few times and I have Fingerd her 2 times. I has been 2 weeks since we were together and about 4 days ago I have 3 red dots on my hand "that I fingered her with" the started looking like small pimples "or spider bites?" and I tried to pop the one on my finger. Some puss came out and then it filled with blood that couldn;t get out. it got painful and I left it alone. Several hours later i tried to pop it again and a bunch of "oily no pus" substance came out. After that i stopped completly becasue it got painful. Now today has come and I scratched away the surface and it looks alot like a wart. I was wondering if I could have gotton it from her or if it normal for the preceeding to happen.

ps One of the other ones is smaller and domed like a pimple and has a small white scratch in the top and can see a very small black in the white. and the other one is extremly small and also has a small black head on it.

Stop popping it. Destroying a barrier your body made to protect itself is not the smartest thing to do. And if they are worts, I believe popping it would only spread it.

Accually after looking at them and scratching a bit further.... it gets less and less wart like, also I think they might be spider bites.

They go in a row
The first one is the worst and they disminish in size as the row goes on.

But other then that I dunno, My friend said that warts don;t develope that fast, but he was probably thinking of anouther excurtion I had in the theater... "nothing happened at this one"
