Odd ball Pimples

I've noticed before that one simple pimple\zit would pop up in my pubes or at the bottom of the shaft. But only ONE at time, there usually pretty juicy too. And there not from after shaving or anything. I dont really use public bathrooms either so, i'm stumped. For some reason like popping things so would it be a bad idea to keep doing? (thats how i know they're pretty juicy) I wont stop unless u tell i'll get somthing real bad, though. Sounds pretty nasty, but I like to pop things.

is it normal to have them there? Are they treated like regualr pimples?

Yeah I've had a pimple or two down there. I just ignored them and they went away.
