Yes. If you go to your doctor, he cannot tell anyone anything that you tell him (provided you are of a somewhat mature age I would think).

I know there's a doctor/patient confidentiality thing, but I'm not sure that applies to a minor as I think the parents have to give the doctor consent to do things.
But, as far as I know, things like planned parenthood are different so you could try something like that. Someone can also correct me if I'm wrong.

Depends upon where you are. In most European countries, any woman over 16 can see her doctor and get the pill. If you have a school clinic, talk to them. Many communities have women's health clinics that could advise you.
