i woke up this morning to notice about 10 pin head size red dots on the head of my penis. should i go to my doctor?

What do i do, i am really concerned.

i have not had unprotective sex, but myself and my g/f have exchanged oral sex so was wondering whether maybe that could of caused these small red dots to appear?

does anyone know what i could of got??

Go see a doctor. Not likely anything serious but STDs can be transmitted through oral sex and it is not common to get bumps on the glans. No idea here.

i'll see if they're cleared up by tomorrow then go to the doctor.

when she was giving u oral was she sucking hardish coz it could be the same thing as a love bite. where blood vessels have popped and its simply a case of bruising slighly. other than that im not sure what it could be
