about 6-7 years ago i decided i would let my small dog lick my penis, i have no idea what i was thinking or why i did it, am i at any risks of any STD or anything? i dont want to transfer anything to anyone else..... thanks

I doubt it very much. It has been said that a dog's licking is actually beneficial for healing superficial cuts. Ever hear of that one, Brandye?

I am aware of no problem that could arise, especially after this length of time. As a woman, I do not think that this is a bit of information I would want to know about a partner.
