Where is the discomfort located, specifically? Is there burning when you urinate? Any additional information you can supply might also be helpful.

The most likely source of the burning is a low grade urethritis - an infection (very common) in your urethra. This is not serious but it will not cure itself. There are very few antibiotics that are effective for urethritis and prostatitis (which is what comes next, untreated). You must see a doctor and get a proper prescription. Do not depend on the common knowledge home cures.

I think it is just the feeling of ejaculating. The head of the penis does get more senistive. Do you feel it on the outside of the head or the inside?

IF the irritation immediately follows an ejaculation and goes away in a matter of minutes then I would offer the thoguht that the burning is the result of over stimulation of the nerves.
