After my girlfriend and I have intercourse (vaginal) she leaks what appears to be the semen that I just ejaculated into her.
Is this normal?

Yes. It is the semen you just ejaculated into her. About half of it drips out sooner or later. The other half is absorbed through the vaginal walls.
