A few years ago I had a wart on my foot. The white cauliflower appearence. It was removed.

About 3 years ago I developed a similar wart on the bottom (near anus) of scrotum.

After doing research, i found that genital herpes nas active and inactive formant periods. My wart has been visible for 3years.

Im in need of advice. Id like to get this removed but am very scared to go to the doctor. I do not have medical insurance.

I was told to buy Condylox online.

Unless you have a specific reason for suspecting genital warts, do not treat for genital warts. Condylox is a powerful drug that has a specific regimen that should be followed rigorously. If the "wart" is something other than genital warts, you will need more medical care than you do now. Do not mess with condylox without medical advice.

What you describe does not sound like genital warts, as usually meant as an STD. Go to a school clinic, get checked at a sexual disease clinic, pay for a doctor's visit. Your short term payment will be less than you will pay for condylox and you will know what you are dealing with. Condylox is generally available online because those who have been previously diagnosed are continuing treatment they know they need and, hopefully, according to ther doctor's recommendations.

It is not like using some topical anti-biotic. It is serious business.

Ok thank you I will NOT go ahead and order it online.

How much would a doctors visit cost me? im just really shy and am afraid in just calling and talking about it. I feel like its time to face my fears and get this issue taken care of.

Is it possible to get a better self-diagnoses? maybe a website dedicated to genital or common warts?

There is no self diagnosis for this. It may be a simple wart as you had removed before. It may be a melanoma. I don't know what a doctor's visit costs. I am in Scotland.

You are messing with serious stuff the fifty dollars or whatever is an investment in your future.
