I'm 16 and recently noticed a group of small, pinkish, pimple-like things at the bottom of the head of my penis. They don't itch, or burn or anything at all. I've never had sex, but my ex has gone down on my before. I don't think it has to do with her though, 'cause we broke up a long time ago (3 months) and it showed up maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. And i never noticed any warts or pimples around or in her mouth. Nevertheless i'm still worried. Is this an STD or just a hygiene problem?
