I know this isnt an std because ive had em before i was with any *girls. But i have these little "whitehead" type things all over my scrotum and they dont necessarily hurt, but i can pop em like little pimples sometimes, but they are annoying cause i dont know what they are. I wash very good down there, and use pimple medicine sometimes but they dont go away at all. I also shave so i was thinkin they might be ingrown hairs. anyone got any knowledge of these?

They're more than likely ingrown hairs.
If I knew how to make them go away, I would. But unforunately they just seem to be one of those things that just doesn't.

Well you should go to the doctor and get it checked out even if you know that it's not an STD. They would know more of what it is than anyone here since we can't really see exactly what you're talking about. Believe me if you're really worried about it then seeing a doctor will give up peace of mind if nothing else.

im not worried or anything, cause im 100% sure they arent harmful, just look ugly, and my girlfriend always asks me what they are. if i stopped shaving there would they go away or what? cause if they are ingrown hairs then theye gotta be like inches long,

stopped shaving for a while but they keep coming. ugly little bastards... has anyone else ever had em? they are tiny white bumps, kind of like whiteheads. some pop, some dont. They dont seem to be going away

how about just going to a doctor and you'll most probably find some resolve...
 ....otherwise you'll have to get on webcam and show us "internet-doctors" your problem and we'll do our best to diagnos it and then get the prescription from the "internet-pharmacy"...LOL
