Can't Ejaculate

Here's my issue: I can achieve and erection and am able to go for the same duration that I always have. My problem is at the end. I can't finish. I don't seem to cum. Maybe a tiny-bit slips out, but not the usual amount. It's not an excitement issue, because I enjoy it while it lasts. My wife doesn't seem to notice a huge difference, because the time hasn't been affected and she's able to climax. This is something new for me. Only the last month or so. What are your thoughts?

I guess I'm a little confused. Sustaining an erection to the point of ejaculation is my problem. Are there natural means of increasing the ability to sustain.

Your original states that you last as always; just cannot ejaculate. Making erection last longer will not help. Something is not triggering the ejaculation. My guess is psychological but always eliminate the physical causes first. See your urologist to make sure there is nothing wrong with the prostate.
