Problems With Penis / Testicles

Recently I noticed a few things with my self. I noticed there are these white spots underneather the skin around my penis and testicles. Ive never had sex before but could it be an STD from my parents? Also, I am 17 and my testicles have not yet dropped. (At least thats what I think, they dont hang from my scrotum!) My semen tends to kind of get lumpy. However sometimes when i am in warm water, my testicles then drop. This is really scaring me because it says on the internet it could be testicular cancer! Also, whenevver I masterbate, the foreskin tends to bleed. Whats going on with me? I am so scared....

Your foresking it shouldn't be bleeding unless, your going too hard at it, your foreskin hasn't retracted yet. I'm 17 and got it to retract at about 14-15 since your 17 you might need a surgery (last resort), however try gradually pulling it back day by day, say everytime your in the shower. You just have to strecth, after a couple weeks it should do so on it own. As for your balls droping I never really understood that, I thought it happend when you were able to produce semen. Can somebody answer for the both of us?

You are growing up with insufficient information. Relax. For reasons beyond your present interest, the scrotum lengthens and makes the balls more apparent when warmed and holds them against the body when cooler. So, your testicles have descended and are just cold sensitive.

If you are not circumcised, the foreskin sometimes requires much sretching. Masturbating is one way to stretch it. The spots could simply be hair follicles. Not STD. Lumpy semen is normal. That has to do with how long since the last ejaculation and the mix of the components. Chick Chat has a description of semen for women but take a look.

If you are not comfortable talking with your parents, develop an excuse to talk with the family doctor. School nurses should be able to discuss these issues with you.

Just get some older, competent person to discuss your fears. You are likely fine but simply wondering what is going on. Good for you for taking a good look at yourself.

Some hang lower than others, both of my brothers one older and one younger hang lower than I do and we all had those bumps on our shafts. My brothers are uncut however some Dr decided a revenge and cut me despite my mothers wishes but what little experience I had as a kid both of my brothers had to work the skins loose over time, my older brother didn't get the whole thing worked out until his early 20's with some hydro? type cream. Both of my sons are intact and being 13 and 15 its my understanding that their skins have freed up however I havn't had a need to verify this so its a non-issue.

Every guy is different so we have to learn how to adapt ourselves.
