Did I miscarry?

Okay I started dating this guy a few weeks ago(we are now broken up) and We had sex without protection twice in the same day *stupid i kno..dont lecture me please* it
was a few hours before i could get home.3-4.. when I did, i washed out and double dosed on my birth control pills (i had been skipping them often). I had suspisions that I was preg. but decided to wait until my period to see. Well i bled a LOT 3 days before my period was supposed to come, and then i havent bled at all my whole period week. My question is, at 3 weeks pregnant, do you still show the regular signs of miscarriage?? (like over-bleeding, bleeding)
Cuz now i feel bad and I dunno what ive done

Being careless with your pills was mistake number one. Too bad, but many younger women take a rather cavalier, and dangerous, attitude toward this. Number two, doubling up a dose of your pills that you had not been taking is, depending upon the brand and specific pill, half of a "morning after" dosage. In other words, it could have caused miscarriage.

You will really never know. It is believed that half of all conceptions result in spontaneous miscarriage and probably half of thse are unknown to the women involved.

The one time in my life I think I was pregnant, I was over two weeks late and then had the nastiest period ever.

The only thing to take from this experience is the discipline to take your pills as you should or get off them and use something you will use properly.

I know it was a big mistake. Will definately start 'taking my pills' a lot more seriously. Thanks for your help.
