I do not know how billing works in the US. In those nations with national health care, a woman over 16 (or 17 some places) can get contraception with complete confidence and nothing goes to parents.
If there is a clinic at your school, ask. May be available. If not, check for women's health clinics in your town and there is always the old, and great, standby, Planned Parenthood. And there is always the excuse of difficult and irregular periods. The pill is commonly used for this regulation.
If you are not yet sexually active, you may wish to delay messing with hormoes and make certain you have condoms and spermicide with you whenever you may go ahead. Only condoms do anything to reduce disease transmission.
