GF period starts then stops an hour later?

Iam posting this for my girlfriend.
My girlfriend's period ended about 5 days before we had sex then about 7 days after we did she said she was bleeding some like her period but then it stopped after she went running (she runs every day). Well to make it short she is worried something is wrong with her or she is pregnant. We only had sex once like i said, and used a condom. The day her period started then stopped we went and got the morning after pill, even though it was 1 or 2 days after the 5day period your supposed to take it just as a 'why not' thing.
Her, and I, want your opinions on this. She is worried so much she is making herself sick, shes just feeling horrible right now and i feel like i cant do anything to help her...

So please give us your opinions

Girlfriend says nevermind....her period started today so she isent concerned anymore

If a little breakthrough bleeding, experienced occasionally by all women, is going to cause this upset, I question the maturity level for engaging sex.
