Lately, when I have been showering, I have noticed that my left testicle is very sensitive (as if I had been bruised or hit in the groin). I am thinking that maybe me and my fiance were a bit rough during sex (2 weeks ago) or I may have been too rough in masturbation. I checked and there is nothing out of the ordinary with my scrotem, just it is been sensitive for the last week and it can get painful sometimes. There is no swelling, no lumps, just the discomfort.
Any ideas on what could cause this? Thanks everyone ^.^

The list of possibilities would fill the board; most of the causes would be innocuous rather than dangerous. If this has been going on for a week or more, see a doctor.
