I dont know much about the sponge; can someone tell me the pro's and cons of this method of contraception?

Go to google and put in "contraceptive sponge. Today is the brand name in the US.
Many women think they are great. Read the instructions carefully and remember they are about as effective as a condom alone. In combination with a condom, very effective. Why do you ask here with unpredictable quality of response when you can check a search engine or Planned Parenthood and get the straight scoop? You enjoy the screwing, do your own preparation.
