Hello there,

I have been sexually active with my girlfriend for the last three months and have always been using a condom (without spermicide though...) Most of the time I stayed inside of her after I ejaculated because I find that it's a "cute" moment between her and me...but what's worrying me recently is that she's been urinating more than usual and I brought up the topic that she may be pregnant, which made us both panic. Or it may only be because she's been drinking more liquids(She's now a pepsi addict thanks to me...and I know that that kind of drink makes a person urinate more often)

We both want her to take a home pregnancy test just to be sure, but I was just wondering if that alone is a good "possible" sign of someone being pregnant...

I would say no.
There are days I have to pee every couple of hours while there are days I only pee like twice a day. It depends on what I eat and what I drink.. and well, the more soda I drink, the more I'm gonna pee. It also depends on where I am in my cycle as a couple days before and the first couple of days of, I will have to pee constantly cause of water weight.
And um yea, I'm not pregnant.

So again, I say urinating more than usual isn't a good possible sign.

It might be a sign of UTI thought. Sometimes those go with no symptoms, but I wouldn't be worried much. Drinking more fluid, espeically soda would make you go to the bathroom more often.

Yea just take a test to make sure.
I know you enjoy your "cute" moment (never heard it described like that, lol ) but doing so increases your chances of pregnancy. As the penis starts to soften and laying there, the semen starts running back towards the base of the penis and leaks around the bottom part of the condom. Doesn't have to be put directly inside her to make it to the egg, lol.

The most common cause of condom "failure" is sperm swimming around the open end and then into the vagina. No sign of problems but the little devils have found a way. Spermicidal condoms have the spermicide more for lubrication than contraception - the contraceptive power is incidental. That is why the instruction sheet tells you to withdraw as soon as ejaculation is complete. 15 women out of 100 using condoms every time for a year will be come pregnant. By using spermicide (jelly, film, foam, suppository, sponge) in the vagina before the penis will reduce this number to three.

Simply becoming sexually active can increase urinary frequency. So does pregnancy. Use the condoms properly and stack the deck in your favor. Then you can linger a little.
